1. Why is simpleCRM  Free?
a. Frankly, this is not a real complicated system. It took a lot of time and money, but we are about building relationships. The bottom line is that we view this as an investment. We know you will come to us for more needs in the future.

2. How do you make money on this?
a. The money we make is generated from two sources. 1. Ad revenue. 2.  If there is a need for changes and customizations not currently available, then we will put a quote together for you. Also, if you rather host the system, we will export the site (including database) for a processing and delivery charge. However, the main reason we offer supersimpleCRM is as an investment in our relationship with you.

3. What will I have to Pay for?
a. It is free. We treat this system as a loss leader. To cover new costs we do have processes in place. If there is a need for changes and customizations not currently available, then we will put a quote together for you. Also, if you rather host the system, we will export the site (including database) for a processing and delivery charge.

4. What other Free systems do you offer?

5. What size does my company have to be to use this?
a. Any size.

6. How many employees can use this?
a. Up to 300.

7. What is the difference between you and a pay-for-it CRM system?
a. The pay-for CRM systems can cost over $100,000 a year depending on how many users sign up, but they can also do a lot more. supersimpleCRM is designed for business that don’t need all the bells and whistles, but have a major tracking need.  We focus on core processes. Sign-up is free.

8. How long will my account last?
a. Currently, there is no end. Inactivity of an account for 6 months will result in deletion of that account.
